To subscribe to and use SolaraTV, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Users under the age of 18 may only use the Service under parental or legal guardian supervision.

4. User Accounts & Concurrent Devices

5. Subscription & Payments

• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
• Subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment verification

• Recurring subscriptions will be charged at the end of each billing period unless cancelled

6. Technical Requirements & Performance

Optimal streaming performance requires a stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 12 Mbps for HD and 30 Mbps for 4K streams). SolaraTV is not liable for buffering, delays, or outages caused by local internet service providers (ISP) or incompatible hardware.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your subscription with unauthorized users
• Use the service for illegal purposes or public rebroadcasting
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the service infrastructure
• Use automated tools, scraping, or bots to access or monitor the service

8. Refund Policy

9. Service Availability & Content Updates

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical outages may occur. Additionally, channel line-ups and video-on-demand (VOD) libraries may be updated, added, or modified periodically without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

SolaraTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including performance glitches caused by third-party infrastructure.
